Job Summary
The role of Air Transport Coordinator entails planning, organizing and controlling air transportation activities. A key responsibility is to oversee the efficient movement of goods from one place to another by coordinating with airlines and cargo handlers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight schedules and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Monitor and control inventory levels at warehouses and distribution centers.
- Implement customs clearance procedures for imports and exports in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on shipment progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
