Job Opportunity:

As a skilled professional, you will deliver high-quality language and literacy training programs to empower learners and support their vocational and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and client-focused language and literacy training using adult learning principles and various methodologies.
  • Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of client progress.
  • Design, develop, and validate tools and resources that align with program and learner needs.
  • Foster learner engagement through real-world, project-based learning and innovative use of technology.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through training, curriculum development, and the adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent and postgraduate qualifications in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Adult LLN.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualifications required by ASQA.
  • Demonstrated teaching capability and recent experience delivering client-focused education.
  • Proficiency in using classroom technology and an ability to integrate innovative tools into teaching.
  • Skilled in conducting assessments using nationally accredited curricula and frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in multicultural learning environments.
