We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of retail employees in a large format store. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and demonstrate a passion for coaching and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail employees, focusing on customer service standards and store appearance.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock control procedures.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and improve store operations, including financial performance and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on development and empowerment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a 7-day store environment.
