Compassionate Speech Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote effective communication and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- To assess and treat individuals with speech, language, or swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices.
- To collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure comprehensive support for each client's unique needs.
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress and recommendations.
We offer a competitive salary package, including up to $103k per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging options. Additionally, we provide tools of trade cars and meals and entertainment cards.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices.
