Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Service Technician to join our team as part of our water systems installation and maintenance service. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing installations, repairs and maintenance of various products including filters and water systems.

The role involves troubleshooting using service manual, computerised diagnostics and general technical experience. You will be required to perform pre-install assessments as needed and conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that any customer enquiries, complaints or technical matters are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timelines. Additionally, you will need to ensure jobs are completed and follow up with further appointments if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade Qualified Plumber with experience working in a similar or service role - installation, repairs & maintenance.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Be physically fit (stamina and strength).
  • Good level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the use of computer systems and web-based technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team.
