We are looking for a highly skilled Business Growth Advisor to join our team at Autodesk. As a Business Growth Advisor, you will be responsible for helping our customers achieve their business goals by executing a range of services that drive adoption and innovation.

You will work closely with our customers and Autodesk teams to develop and implement strategies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. This includes post-sale account management, customer relationship development, and strategic advisory services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You will also need to be able to analyze complex business challenges and develop creative solutions that drive value for our customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Accelerate adoption of new solutions by prioritizing projects and supporting activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest timeframe.
  2. Establish measurable criteria for success and assist in building organizational alignment.
  3. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap with select group named accounts to ensure successful and broad adoption of our solutions.
  4. Accountable for post-sale account management and drives account growth strategy with wider account team members (Sales, Delivery, ISM, PDG).
  5. Develop and maintain close relationships with key management sponsors within select group named accounts (from key users to CXO).
  6. Collaborate with internal experts to translate customer business/technical challenges into business solutions based on our products & services, augmented with 3rd-party technology as required.
  7. Become established as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to area of expertise.
  8. Collaborate with consulting and support services teams from proposal through delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery and adoption risks are managed.
  9. Create and coordinate account documentation including reports, proposals, business assessments and recommendations.
  10. Accountable for overall customer satisfaction.
