Logistics Director

As a senior logistics leader, you will play a key role in directing and coordinating the daily operations of our transportation network. This dynamic leadership position is ideal for an experienced professional who can oversee transport allocation, dispatch, and safety, while driving continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient transport strategies to meet customer delivery expectations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and 3PL providers to ensure seamless freight movement
- Drive a culture of safety excellence, upholding COR and Vision ZERO standards
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, including delivery times and freight tracking
- Oversee inbound and outbound bookings, as well as reverse logistics across the network
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in logistics coordination or transport management
- Detailed understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles and safe working practices
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers and/or sub-contractors
- Background in FMCG or high-volume logistics environments preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
