About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure maximum value is achieved by our customers through the operational use and support of technical systems. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving Operation Technology Systems, providing valuable advice to managers and other staff members, and contributing to the governance of systems changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop complex software components and improvements to existing Technical Systems.
  • Provide technical consultation and drive the development of integrated technical systems solutions.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications, providing insights on scope architecture, performance, capacity, and capabilities essential for supporting business processes.

Requirements:

  • A commitment to safety and a subject matter expert in Rio Tinto's Operation Technology – Technical Systems.
  • Experience maintaining and developing using DevExpress and Database Systems Supported by XPO.
  • Substantial experience in maintaining complex applications and data platforms preferably with large-scale and diverse organisations.
  • Demonstrable collaboration, coaching, and communication skills, particularly with highly technical teams.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus annual incentive program. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive medical benefits, attractive employee share scheme, career development opportunities, and leave for all of life's reasons.
