Night Gaming Experience Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team on nights and weekends in a casual role. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or a customer-facing industry, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
">Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Provide prompt and friendly assistance regarding machines and loyalty systems.
- Effectively communicate and take food/drink orders.
- Handle cash and gaming transactions securely and protect member information.
- Promote Club events and deliver information to patrons.
- Clean and maintain a tidy work area.
- Perform cashier duties, including Keno services and cash payouts.
Experience in hospitality or a customer-focused industry is essential. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to build long-term relationships with customers and demonstrate impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills is crucial.
Essential Skills & Competencies- Knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines is a must.
