Overview

Experienced Gaming Attendant Nights/ Weekend Casual at Greenbank Services Club – motivated, committed and energetic staff to join our team. This role involves working with 300 gaming machines, cashier functions, Keno and a gaming bar, delivering excellent customer service to members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Providing prompt, friendly, customer‑focused advice and assistance to members and guests regarding machines and loyalty systems
  • Effectively communicating and taking food/drink orders
  • Handling cash and gaming transactions securely and protecting member information
  • Providing prompt, friendly beverage service to members and guests
  • Delivering efficient customer service to members and guests
  • Promoting Club events and delivering information to patrons
  • Cleaning and maintaining a tidy work area
  • Cashier duties including Keno services and cash payouts
About You

You have experience in hospitality or a customer‑focused industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be able to build long‑term relationships with customers and demonstrate impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills. You can work independently and in a team environment.

Essential Skills & Competencies
  • Experience or knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines
  • Knowledge of RSG legislative requirements
  • Ability to deal with a diverse demographic
  • Ability to improve communications and form strong customer relations
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and service
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (can acquire after employment)
  • Responsible Service of Gaming (can acquire after employment)
  • Comply with the current vaccine mandate as directed by Queensland Health
  • Working rights in Australia
