Job Overview

This is a challenging position that requires an ambitious individual to drive customer engagement across Australia & Oceania, fostering strong relationships through direct and digital interactions.

The successful candidate will execute strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives. They will lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and project requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Industry-related experience, including complex tenders and contract negotiation.
  • A background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.
  • A trusted relationship and stakeholder management, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
  • Clear communication, strong negotiation, and persuasive skills.
