Senior IAM Engineer

We are excited to invite a skilled professional to join our high-achieving team at a leading IT solutions provider. As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will be the lead in driving the improvement and success of Saviynt, bringing your expertise in security and automation to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor and actively improve a Saviynt platform that is responsible for 40K+ identities.
  • Insight Provision and Workflow Enhancement: Provide insights and improvement ideas to the workflow of Saviynt.
  • Scripting and Automation: Utilise scripting and automation technologies to seek out more effective ways of working.
  • Governance Participation: Be an active participant in the governance of the Identity Access Lifecycle.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to the IAM team and various business units who utilise and provide data to the Saviynt platform.

This role offers flexibility in location and is open to candidates residing in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth.

Requirements
  • Professional Certification: Professional certification or formal studies in the Saviynt Platform, IGA concepts, Azure AD/IAM, or related technologies.
  • Expert-Level Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in the Saviynt Platform—able to take full ownership of processes and solutions.
  • Azure Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • ITIL Understanding: Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and its practical application.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Rotational Support: Comfortable working in a rotational on-call support capacity.
  • National Police Check: Eligible to obtain a National Police Check.
