About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly customers to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to our customers, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support.
  • Assist with medication management, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support.

Requirements

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday.
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
