Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, website, SEM, and SEO.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing campaigns and social media activity to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and develop engaging content for our social media channels, including copywriting and graphic elements.
  • Own and drive website improvements, including proptech integrations.
  • Promote and utilize research and data-driven solutions to underpin digital marketing and communications activity.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Proven success in the development, execution, and reporting on tactical marketing campaigns and social media activity.
  • Solid understanding of Meta Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.
  • Experience managing a complex website structure ideally with WordPress experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive initiative and drive to provide high levels of service.
  • Experience in real estate industry is desirable but not necessary.
