Our Commercial Advisory and Transactions group provides strategic advice to clients on major infrastructure projects.Our Real Estate & Places team supports the growth and regeneration of cities by helping clients navigate real estate and place strategies, projects, and transactions.**Your Opportunity - Associate Director Role**As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in supporting our market opportunities by:
  • Providing commercial and financial advice on large-scale urban renewal projects.
  • Delivering precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
  • Managing client engagements, coaching, and developing junior staff and resources.
  • Assisting clients in assessing, analyzing, valuing, and procuring assets to support their objectives.
  • Collaborating with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions.

  • Preparing client deliverables, business cases, feasibility studies, reports, presentations, or financial assessments.
  • Recent professional experience in corporate advisory, management consultancy, or similar environments.
