The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you will work on a range of projects, including financial and feasibility modeling, vendor and acquisition due diligence, and market research. You will also contribute to thought leadership papers and support audit teams in peer reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and feasibility modeling assistance on various projects
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects
  • Prepare valuations for stabilized assets and development properties
  • Investigate new real estate technology applications
  • Support audit teams in valuation peer reviews
  • Contribute to market research and trend analysis
Qualifications/Skills for Success
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Professional accreditation (CPV or MRICS) preferred
