Secondary Leadership Role

The Secondary community at our College is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to drive educational outcomes for students.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the leadership team to establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering strong relationships between students, teachers, parents and stakeholders.

This key role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the College, providing support to the Head of Secondary and serving as a vital channel of communication between the Principal, staff and community.

We are seeking an individual with a living Christian faith, senior curriculum and/or pastoral experience, and a sound understanding of contemporary pedagogy and wellbeing paradigms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the improvement of educational outcomes for students
  • Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, parents and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the safety, wellbeing and connection of all students
  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to staff
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, evident leadership capacity, strong team building and organisational abilities, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve excellence.

Additionally, the successful candidate will hold relevant teaching qualifications, be currently registered with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA), and have a valid Australian work rights to apply for this position.

They must also be willing to uphold and live the Mission, Vision and Christian values of our College.
