Dean of Teaching & Learning Position

Mandurah Baptist College is seeking an experienced educator to fill a critical leadership role within its Primary School.

The Dean of Teaching & Learning will be responsible for overseeing the management and oversight of teaching and learning in the Primary School, including direction of classroom practice and direct oversight of the Learning Support Coordinator, Education Assistants and Specialist teaching staff.

The successful applicant will have an outstanding knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, school systems, data analysis and wider educational trends, with a proven track record of working with teams to create high-performing cultures that promote student learning.

About the Role:

This senior leadership position involves directing the instructional programs of primary teachers to ensure alignment with the college's Christian-based education philosophy.

The selected candidate will possess excellent communication skills, relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).

Responsibilities include leading teacher collaboration, managing professional development, and providing instructional support to teachers.
