Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a professional to oversee a wide range of campus activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, maintaining records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They will also be able to quickly develop knowledge of policies, procedures, programs, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate campus events and activities to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with staff, students, contractors, and the wider community to build positive relationships and achieve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
