Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Dive into our data, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting internal and external data to create actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to leverage the Carma Data Platform in Snowflake, contributing to the development of consolidated, curated, reusable, and fit-for-purpose data assets.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure our business stays on course.
  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Insight Communication: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, collaborating across teams to drive impact.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, with a bonus for experience in the automotive or ecommerce industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms, as well as experience with SQL and database management.
  • Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented with a sharp problem-solving mindset, able to leave no stone unturned.
  • Teamwork: A team player who excels at building strong relationships across the business, juggling multiple projects, and communicating effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in data, statistics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
