Commercial Growth Leader

The key to our success lies in driving sales growth and enhancing commercial performance. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Leader.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion and improve commercial performance.
  • Manage sales operations, including CRM tool system capability and functionality Perfect Venue (PVS) and Perfect Store (PSS) score programs and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of global sales capability applications and coordinate call cycle processes.
  • Lead the coordination of internal Campari Way of Selling program and other core capability programs.
  • Develop local programs to support Campari Way of Selling and deliver on the broader commercial capability strategy.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Business or Commerce.
  • At least 5+ years' experience working within FMCG and/or Liquor industry.
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Sales supporting role with a strong capability focus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to create engaging, collegial and trusting relationships, and recognised skills to engage and motivate teams to strive towards high performance.
  • Sound experience with IT and systems knowledge of Aztec, Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
