Job Description:">

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a Skilled Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing quality work in fields such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.

Your duties will include ensuring the operation of building and equipment, responding to work orders, completing necessary documentation, and communicating with staff and apartment residents.

You will also be required to meet regulatory requirements by maintaining knowledge and communicating applicable department policies, Department of Health and OSHA regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • High school diploma or equivalent">
  • Prior experience in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)">
  • Working knowledge in HVAC, electrical circuitry, plumbing, carpentry, boiler and chiller systems, and hydraulic pumps">
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot building systems issues">
  • Knowledge and experience in use of tools related to trade">
  • Valid New York State driver's license">
