Job Overview

The Senior Construction Manager plays a pivotal role overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within specified parameters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a leadership environment among site supervisors and project coordinators.
  • Manage the site construction process, guaranteeing adherence to occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintain project schedules using MS Project to optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • A trade qualification or tertiary education in Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership position.
  • Possession of a White Card and relevant industry certifications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a strong background in construction management, enabling them to effectively manage complex projects.
