Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to drive a customer-focused culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Drive a customer-centric approach to create memorable experiences for every interaction.
  • Support the Store Manager in empowering the team through training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective store operation.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Support operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Key Skills:
  • Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a high-volume retail store.
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
