We are looking for an experienced Dispensary Assistant to join our team at Kelmscott Plaza Shopping Centre. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting pharmacists in implementing dispensary procedures, and maintaining accurate inventory management.

About the Role:

- Assist experienced pharmacists in implementing all dispensary procedures and operations, including medication dispensing, management of prescription workflows, and inventory management.

- Promote traditional and complementary health products and services to customers.

- Provide continuous support across the entire pharmacy, including dispensary, over-the-counter medicines, nutrition, and retail areas.

- Engage with customers to deliver a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pharmacists in implementing dispensary procedures and operations.
  • Promote health products and services.
  • Provide support across the entire pharmacy.
  • Engage with customers to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

- S2/S3 certificate and minimum 12 months' experience in community pharmacy.

- Certificate II or III in community pharmacy desirable.

- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development.

- Familiarity with pharmacy software such as dispensing and DAA packing looked upon favourably.

- Strong and effective communication skills.
