About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Peak Trade Casuals during the Christmas season. As a Peak Trade Casual, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive in-store experience for customers
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment

Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
