The Opportunity

We're searching for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are passionate about home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games. As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, provide exceptional customer service, and be part of a supportive and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • Selling products and promoting services to achieve sales targets
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new releases and promotions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be available to work throughout the period of early-September 2024 to the start of February 2025. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a geographical area. JB Hi-Fi operates seven days a week, and flexibility with hours is essential.

Estimated Salary: $22 - $25 per hour (dependent on experience)
