We are seeking an experienced APS6 HR Advisor to join our team. As an expert in workplace relations, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers and employees on various employment-related matters.

What You Will Do
  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace relations matters, including employee relations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Manage employee relations issues, including complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  3. Support managers in performance management processes, including performance development plans and disciplinary actions.
  4. Analyse data and provide insights on trends and patterns in workplace relations matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Is highly knowledgeable about workplace relations laws and regulations.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
