Functional Training Specialist

You're a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional seeking a challenging opportunity to build a successful career in small group training. Our unique environment offers the perfect blend of functional training, strength building, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and varied sessions that cater to diverse client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a high level of 'stage presence' without being on stage.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and promote a positive club culture.
  • Support the development and delivery of new programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of sessions, including equipment management and room preparation.
  • Record attendance, promote sessions on social media, take photos during sessions, and run online sessions to support our hybrid model.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required, such as housekeeping, cleaning the floor, filing, and customer service tasks.
About Us:

We are a successful family-run studio specializing in small group training with a difference. We offer over 45 sessions a week in-studio and over 23 virtual sessions. Our six-week challenges are extremely successful, aiming to deliver results.
