About This Role
This is a leadership opportunity where you will oversee daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Your expertise in aged care management and people leadership will drive success in this role.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a management role within aged care
- Registered Nurse qualification
- AHPRA registration (desirable)
- People management and leadership experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
