Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Unloading bulk delivery vehicles for tank transfers
- Loading vacuum blending tanks for production
- Preparing ISO tanks and performing washout procedures
- Operating drum shredders and bulk solids processing systems
- Deheading plastic Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) units
- Conducting general housekeeping and forklift operations
The working hours for this position follow a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6am to 2pm and 10am to 6pm.
Opportunities for overtime on Saturdays may also be available.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an operational capacity, preferably within the waste management or hazardous materials sector
- Valid forklift license (mandatory)
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Good mechanical skills and understanding
- A proactive individual capable of working independently
- Excellent attention to detail along with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Basic computer proficiency, ideally with knowledge of Word and Excel
