Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives

This role encompasses leading strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Risk & Compliance function across the enterprise.

  • Establish a framework for continuous improvement to identify opportunities for enhancing processes, systems, and practices within the Risk & Compliance function.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure strategic initiatives align with organisational goals.
  • Utilise data analytics to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

As a coach and mentor, you will foster a robust risk culture supporting long-term success.

Key Qualifications:
  • University-level qualifications in finance, business administration, law, risk or equivalent.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance or legal areas, particularly in the financial services sector in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.
  • A strong understanding of Legal, Risk, and Compliance frameworks with the ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements strategically.
