Reliable Customer Delivery Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused delivery driver to join our high-performing team in Rockhampton. This role requires regular lifting of batteries, which have an average weight of 17kg.
- Experience in a warehouse distribution environment
- Customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- A valid minimum MR driver's licence and current forklift (LF or LO) licence
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and environmental standards
- Good basic English and writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
In this role, you will deliver stock to all customers as per set routes in a timely manner, maintain a regular service frequency to your entire customer base, and ensure all safety checks are completed daily.
The ideal candidate is someone who can drive positive change and be part of a culture that values autonomy and flexibility.
You will be responsible for ensuring relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit, managing all stock in accordance with our Stock on Hand Policy, and replacing warranty claims as per our procedure.
