Heidelberg Materials is seeking a motivated and experienced Tipper Driver to join our Pink Lily Sands Fleet Team. As a Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for delivering quarry products to internal concrete plants and external job sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for safety. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The role involves driving reliable and well-maintained equipment, loading and delivering quarry products as directed by the Quarry Manager. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and contribute to a positive and safe working environment.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plants and external job sites
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Operate reliable and well-maintained equipment
  • Load and deliver quarry products as directed by the Quarry Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
">Requirements">
  • MC or HC License
  • Operated Semi and truck and dog combinations (not essential)
  • Results-focused, self-motivated and take pride in your work
  • Positive safety focus
  • Good understanding of the Transport Industry
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the Heidelberg Materials Transport Department
  • Quad experience will be highly regarded
