How You'll Care

  • Provide individualized support to residents, helping them make choices and maintain independence.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, identifying changes in preference, needs, or wellbeing, and seeking assistance if required.
  • Support residents with personal care, grooming, and oral care.
  • Offer social and emotional support, engaging residents in lifestyle activities.
  • Keep residents mobile and assist with meal delivery and assistance.
  • Complete incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health and Safety programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.
