Job Title

A seasoned professional with exceptional expertise is required to manage and oversee full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience across borders.

About the Role
  • Proactively manage global expatriate management cycle with strong partnerships with people business partners
  • Develop and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships globally
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of global mobility
Responsibilities
  1. Manage pre-assessment process – consultation with business leaders on the purpose of the move, completion of cost projections, collaboration with people team on talent profile of candidate
  2. Provide subject matter expertise and consult with key stakeholders (people and talent acquisition teams, business leaders, finance/payroll teams, legal) as it relates to global mobility standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments, permanent relocations, external international hires, project workers and frequent business travelers
  3. Collaborate with the global mobility leader on immigration and relocation operational program enhancements and projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience providing expert competence in global mobility
  • Extensive background in all aspects of global mobility – immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations/assignment on international projects, entire assignment lifecycle, relocation management and third-party provider coordination
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments
  • Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and advice to diverse stakeholders
