This pivotal role focuses on enhancing and supporting the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, with a primary emphasis on IBM Maximo and Maximo Mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Develop technical solutions to improve asset management processes and system functionality with extensive experience in Maximo development and configuration.
  • Customise Applications: Personalise applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements and support operational teams across the organisation.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Maximo by troubleshooting issues, managing product fixes in partnership with vendors, and ensuring the system remains robust and aligned with best practices.
  • Enable Organisational Adoption: Facilitate the organisation's adoption of asset management solutions through technical coaching, training, and clear documentation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure that Maximo solutions support strategic asset management goals.
  • Participate in System Enhancements: Participate in system upgrades, testing, and integration activities to deliver enhancements that drive efficiency, data integrity, and informed decision-making.
