About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our national team as a Business Partner. Based near Perth Airport, this role will be a key member of our People and Culture team, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

As a Business Partner, you will take the lead in partnering, advising and coaching our business leaders in building strong cultures and driving people and culture initiatives. These include ensuring a positive employee experience, enhancing skills and capability, and creating career pathways.

This role offers a unique opportunity to execute a range of people programs across our diverse businesses. You will be reporting to the GM, P&C, and working closely with our leadership team to achieve our national P&C strategies and plans.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to demonstrate experience in delivering exceptional human resources advice and support.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Happy to be 'hands-on' with a track record in delivering streamlined and value-added practical business solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal regulations.
  • Experience investigating and resolving employee grievances.
  • A relationship-builder.
  • Tertiary qualified in human resources or related areas.
