We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our Merchandise Planning team. This role is critical in ensuring effective inventory distribution across our stores, balancing store layout, warehousing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate store stock levels.
  • Profile stores to optimise allocations based on sales, size, gridding, and demographics.
  • Set initial store allocations for new ranges, ensuring in-store dates are achieved and distributions are generated efficiently.
  • Analyse weekly sales information to identify changes and address them as required.
  • Manage the stock distribution process.
  • Process markdowns, promotions, and consolidations, and communicate these to stores.
The Ideal Candidate

We look for a candidate with previous retail experience, excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset, or recent graduation with a drive to build their career in Retail Merchandise Planning.

To succeed, you should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Intermediate Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous allocations experience (not essential).
