Our clinical negligence team is seeking a skilled and dedicated solicitor to support our lawyers and senior lawyers in managing diverse caseloads. The ideal candidate will have recent experience handling a caseload and excellent organisational and time management skills.We are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness within a legal environment, excellent communication and drafting skills, and the ability to contribute to proactive case management and progression. This role requires the ability to mentor and coach junior team members and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.   • Manage an individual caseload
  • Provide support and guidance to the team
  • Contribute to proactive case management and progression
  • Support the Team Leader in ensuring delivery of financial and performance KPIs
  • Effective time recording
Requirements:
  • Recent experience of handling a caseload
  • NQ-5 years PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Strong commercial awareness within a legal environment
