About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for an experienced Preadmission professional to coordinate patient care and work with a multidisciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care to ensure the best possible outcome for every patient on the planned surgery list.
  • Continually strive to improve service quality by adhering to Planned Surgery Access Policy.

Requirements
  • Experience with hospital Patient Administration Systems (iPM).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong patient focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Excellent clinical, time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also need to provide evidence of:

  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
