Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to design, build, and deploy business applications and critical infrastructure within the AWS Cloud.

  • Develop advanced cloud-based solutions and migrate existing workloads to the cloud.
  • Ensure designs conform to enterprise architecture principles and related standards.
  • Document solutions and provide guidance for solution development.

Responsibilities:

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering cloud architecture services to projects. They contribute to architectural artifacts such as policies and procedures, and promote architecture standards amongst technology and business stakeholders.

  • Deliver architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor adherence to architecture standards and procedures.
  • Ensure effective integration of automation architecture with client standards.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and reusability of architecture across the automation roadmap for the client.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues.
  • Exhibit logical approach to problem-solving and complexity disaggregation.
  • Participate in sharing knowledge and skills within a team-based environment.
  • Collaborate in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team setting.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Information Technology/Business is required. Architect certification like TOGAF is an asset.
