Job Title: Educator
Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Emerald. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children;
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs;
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children;
- Put safety first and take any action necessary to ensure the children in our care feel safe and are safeguarded from abuse, neglect, and harm.

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
