Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is an education group providing childcare services with a blend of Finnish and Australian early childhood education concepts. Holistic Development Pty Ltd (trading as **HEI Schools Emerald Early Learning Centre**) is one of our subsidiaries which located in Emerald VIC. We are now looking for childcare educators who would like to embrace new ideas to establish and deliver pedagogical programs to the children to join us.

ABOUT YOU:

- Having Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Having attended food safety training
- Having working experience within the early childhood sector
- Holding core values of building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues
- Having a mindset of respect and appreciation of a strong team culture of working together
- Having an open mind and belief to embrace new early childhood education concept for better future of children
- Having Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
- Having current Working with Children Check
- Having a National Police Check valid within 6 months or willingness to complete

KEY DUTIES:

- Participate in the implementation of curriculum and education programs
- Provide support and feedback to the room leaders
- Make sure the children's room is clean and safe for children and educators
- Utilize education Apps to provide feedback to parents regarding the learning of their children in our centre
