Job Title

As a Career Coach, you will support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions to prepare for a meaningful career. You will work closely with clients to plan next career steps and assist in finding the right job.

You will build strong relationships to understand goals, strengths, and support needs. Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress. Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.

Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training. Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks. Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
