About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Aftercare Sales Professional for our Essendon Fields location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling extended warranties, surface coatings, interior & exterior treatments, electronics, scratch & dent memberships, and other products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell extended warranties and other aftercare products to customers
  • Build rapport and interact with customers face-to-face or over the phone
  • Monitor KPIs and individual performances of Sales Reps and Departments
  • Register warranties and individual products
  • Report figures

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills
  • Be financially hungry with a desire and passion to sell and deliver our aftercare product range
  • Take initiative, be self-motivated, and driven to achieve strong sales results
  • Conduct product presentations to customers, both face-to-face and follow up via phone or email
  • Have effective communication skills with a natural negotiation ability to facilitate the growth and development of business profitability
  • Maintain data integrity and effective customer records
