**Job Title:** Customer Insights Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer insights initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer insights strategy that drives business growth and improves decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and develop actionable business strategies. Your expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques will enable you to extract meaningful insights from event data and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer insights strategy that drives business growth and improves decision-making
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand industry trends and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Develop actionable business strategies based on customer insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's not mandatory but highly considered
  • Proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to senior stakeholders
