We are in search of skilled full-time Customer Service Agents to become part of our talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries via email and phone.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience.
What We Seek:
- A professional accustomed to handling a significant number of calls.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, as our service hours span from early morning to late evening, seven days a week.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer service and travel.
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly in customer support or bookings, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- A dedication to providing exceptional service and achieving our objectives.
