Senior Client Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for fostering and promoting best practices among the care/service team. You will provide clinical oversight, leadership and expertise to ensure high-quality care and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a Practical Nurse diploma and current registration with the Provincial Association of Practical Nurses. They will have a minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least three years in a supervisory/leadership role. A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening is required upon hire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight, leadership and expertise to the care/service team
  • Directs regular health assessments of prospective and current residents to maintain quality of life
  • Assists in the recruitment, orientation, training and professional development of team members
  • Provides leadership to and direct supervision of employees in the area of responsibility
  • Ensures compliance with organizational brand standards, policies and regulatory requirements
