Job Title: Bar Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area.

About the Role:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take drink orders and ensure accurate delivery of beverages.
  • Recommend cocktails and other beverages based on your knowledge of our offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can maintain a high standard of drink preparation and presentation. This includes preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed, and adhering to all liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender is preferred.
  • RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with patrons.
  • Knowledge of different types of beverages and cocktails.
  • Cash handling experience and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
